  • Chubby wood skewers
  • Fresh picked sweet cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh picked sweet and purple basil with stems.
  • Fresh mozzarella cubed
  • Artichoke hearts/ freshly steamed or canned large pieces
  • Whole pepperoni peppers (jarred)
  • Peppered salami (folded)

Rotate portions on skewers and place them on a pretty vintage platter.

Prepare a vinaigrette of high-quality extra virgin olive oil mixed with a high-quality balsamic vinegar to create a vinaigrette to your taste, shake well and drizzle over chilled skewers.
